These are placeholder terms to cover the beta period. Before a wider launch, we'll publish a full, lawyer-reviewed version.
1. Beta software
LastNite is in active development. The app may change, break, or be unavailable. Don't rely on it for anything safety-critical.
2. Your responsibility
You're responsible for how you use the app and for complying with local laws. LastNite doesn't encourage unsafe behavior, excessive drinking, or anything illegal.
3. Data & accounts
If we offer accounts, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. We may remove accounts that abuse the app or violate these terms.
